Hollywood History Built in 1925
La Villa Valentino, located across from the world-famous Hollywood Bowl is a majestic two-story courtyard complex located in Old Hollywood with True Hollywood History.
The complex offers a variety of different dwellings from extraordinary Townhouses, unique 2BR and 1BR units with full dining rooms and French doors to private patios, and studios with murphy beds. The units on the second floor have dramatic Spanish tile staircases and beautifully exposed wood ceilings. Most have fireplaces and each displays the distinctive grandeur of a bygone era. There are multiple private and shared courtyards with cascading fountains and beautiful archways that lead you from one section of the building to another.
